How to remove duplicates

Post by BittenApple »

Hello team,
I have a list
Health plan group Count1. Count2

Commercial monarch 1000 181
Commercial abc 200 121
Commercial dcc. 160 18
Commercial abc 122 13

I need to delete the line which has same health plan and group and keep bigger count.

How to do it?

Should we look at Count1 or Count2?
Best wishes,

Hello Hans,

We pick up the record that has a larger count2.

You can do it as follows:
Sort the data descending on Count2:

Then click Remove Duplicates on the Data tab of the ribbon, and select Health Plan and Group:

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Best wishes,
Hans

Hello Han,
My data was so big that I was not able to sort it. But I eyeballed it since I needed to deliver it as soon as I could. Thanks for your support.
