I have a list
Health plan group Count1. Count2
Commercial monarch 1000 181

I need to delete the line which has same health plan and group and keep bigger count.

Hello Han,
My data was so big that I was not able to sort it. But I eyeballed it since I needed to deliver it as soon as I could. Thanks for your support.
