I can use only English British, is this a honour or a requirement?

This is the language of the Lounge interface. You can post messages in American English, don't worry.

Well, since we Noble British Persons invented it, it is clearly an honour for us to allow you to [mis]use it in your dialect!DaveA wrote:I can use only English British, is this a honour or a requirement?

Re: Language choice
Does this mean I need to get a British version of the IE Spell checker so I use the correct spelling?

Re: Language choice
As an English major (who is official now that the student loans have been paid in full!) and Doc Specialist for "the Americas" at my gig in the real world, I can't bring myself to spell the word color with a "u"!! You can't make me!John Gray wrote:Well, since we Noble British Persons invented it, it is clearly an honour for us to allow you to [mis]use it in your dialect!DaveA wrote:I can use only English British, is this a honour or a requirement?
BTW, good to "see" all your names again! Dave A, you were the first person ever to reply to a question I had in the really old lounge... remember the two panes? That was back in 1999! Your answer impressed me so much I'm still here all these years later!
Love...
