Hello. Word 2007 or 2010.
I have a table with two columns and twenty-odd rows. I would like to split the table in two and move the second table to merge it alongside the first one.
I could insert two columns to the right and cut and paste the data (bit by bit) into these new columns. I would prefer to split the table and, hopefully, position it to the right of the first one and make it one table.
Is there a straight-forward way to achieve this pl? Andy.

Re: Merge two tables
I just did this by selecting the rows at the end of the table:
Then Control-X (cut) and move the cursor to the right end of the first row
Then Control-V (paste)

Thank you.
Now that you describe this I recall doing it this way previously, but quite a while ago..
