Good Morning
I am using Vista home, IE8, OWA via Exchange Server 2003
I must have switched of something without realising because this morning I can see only 2 panes, the first is the inbox and the second is the reading pane but the left most pane which contains the folders (Inbox, deleted, sent and other bespoke folders + calendar etc.) has disappeared and I cannot see any way to reactivate it. I have Googled but with no joy at all, does anybody have an idea how to reactivate it?

Re: OWA File/folder pane missing
We're now on OWA from Exchange 2007, but can you see about half-a-dozen full stops/periods, or a yellow mail envelope icon, near the top left? Clicking on one of these causes things to change for me, and maybe the same would happen with OWA 2003?

Thanks, I will have to check when I get home, the strange thing is that I have just tried from the office using XP/IE8 and all 3 panes open without any problem?

Thank you for the screenshot but I fear the sonic screwdriver may not be effective in my browserTimelord wrote:Is this what you have? If so, then I have circled what you need to click.
At home I use Vista and can see this
However in XP at the office I see this
But I don't have the arrow you have highlighted and the 'folder' pane has disappeared?

Re: OWA File/folder pane missing - Solved
Thanks for the assistance but I have solved it now.
My Google brain must have been better this morning and I found this article on another forum ExchangeIS and although the cause of my problem did not seem the same I tried the 2nd reply which was to delete the bookmark and then re-create it and it is fine now.
