What happens if you use another browser such as Internet Explorer or Chrome?

I disabled Abine at this site, and allowed all EL cookies...can't think of anything else that changed...or when it was the last time I noticed my signature lol

Re: My animated signature
I don't understand what's happening to you - you should be able to see images in signatures whether you're logged in or not.
I logged in as my test user Dopje to make sure that it doesn't have to do with my admin status. Dopje could see the images fine when logged in.
Since it works the same for you in all three browsers, but not for anyone else as far as I can tell, something MUST have changed on your computer. Perhaps a system restore to an earlier date will get rid of the problem.

Re: My animated signature
I can view the signature in my UC so something changed for sure...I don't remember when I couldn't see it, wasn't until Catz' question that I wondered ....I'll try a system restore and see what happens....thanks :-) it's not a biggie, but just annoying.

Re: My animated signature
GUESS WHAT???? haha this is too comical, so it means that it hasn't worked for a VERY long TIME! I checked the Display settings option in my Profile...and Display signature was OFF!! Good grief...something so simple...so I am a happy musician again lol THANKS JB HANS STUART et al!!! and of course Skitterbug which started it all--needed my java~!~!~!
So now back to re-adding my add-ons as I disabled to see if I could isolate. I did a system restore, but I do believe the Display signature option is the Key component....

Re: My animated signature
I'm glad it has been solved, but how did signatures get turned off?
(BTW I was thinking you could see signatures but not images in signatures...)

Re: My animated signature
I must have turned that off instead of something else at some point when i was fooling around in the profile settings...don't have a clue how long it's been, but thankfully it was a simple fix and now I know the other add-ons weren't to blame....Thanks for your time and patience :-) It's why I enjoy EL so much :-)
I wondered where your "Regards" went so that got me thinking, but not very diligently until Catz posted about her animation....sleuthing is great as long as you find a resolution.....

Yes, since the OP asked about it.Hey Jude wrote:Can we have animated signatures in here?
But then it's a different matter what type, where uploaded and if links work, seems to be some problems (or if one like animated signatures).

Re: My animated signature
About signatures in general: Gee, you all do know about the Lounge settings, do you?
There are settings for images, signatures, smilies, avatars etc. And if it changes when logged in or not, then it's definitely a setting thing.
Do I have to be around all the time?
