We want to use 2-digit numbers in outline numbering.
For example, instead of 1.1, 1.2, etc, we want 1.01, 1.02... and then 1.10, 1.11, etc.
I know I can type the 0 in the custom numbering, but we don't want the zero in front of the 10.
Does this make sense?

The 01, 02, ... numbering style should be available in the dropdown list - you have to scroll down a bit:
