Does anyone have any suggestions on how it is best to set up a calendar for a business manager who is using Outlook 2010 but is not on an Exchange Server and his assistant is several miles away, at home? They both need to be able to schedule appointments in the manager's schedule. This business has an Internet web site with email addresses for both people involved but the server it is on does not support Exchange Server.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Shared Calender - not on Exchange Server
Perhaps they can use the solution described in Share Calendars with Local Users using Internet Publishing.
More options are mentioned in Sharing Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Contacts.

Re: Shared Calender - not on Exchange Server
Well, it is obvious that sharing a calender without MS Exchange Server is a very cumbersome thing to do! I've scanned a lot of the info I asked for and we have a lot more studying to do.
Thanks for the links.
