Barry Humphries

Post by ChrisGreaves »

I changed my signature for the few days remaining this month; my version of a flag at half-mast.
Dame Edna's funniest quip (IMNSHO) can be watched here starting at the 3m22s mark.
Cheers, Chris

Bewdy ocker!
I noticed that some, but not all, youtube clips have been withdrawn. There's probably an estate lawyer lurking in the shadows ...
Cheers, Chris

Nah!
Even in death he gets the last laugh.

There is an interview somewhere where Humphries speaks of a critic, NOT a friend, who, he says wrote his obituary. "The critic is now dead so", says Barry, "when I die they will pull an obitchuary from his files.".

It appears that Dame Edna wrote an obit for Barry Humphries.

The newspaper referred to is a part of News Corporation
