I can see the face when I scroll the page, or when I squint. But it's not clear enough to tell who it is, or even if it's someone who I should be able to recognize. It seems to be a man with a big smile, wavy hair with grey temples, head at a slight angle to the right (as you're looking at him) and though the shoulders are not in the image, wearing what looks to be a dark business suit with a white shirt.
That's all I got.

If I turn the image do that the lines are horizontal it seems to be clearer.

If you shrink the screen size to 50% you can see it!

You can see it very clearly if you view it on a laptop and then angle the screen so that you are looking at it with the screen almost flat.
