An interesting image
An interesting image...
Most people see the face first, then comes the 'wow factor' when they suddenly see the animals.

Re: An interesting image
I worry about the incorrect sizing of the black cat and the bird.
What does that say about me?

An interesting observation1
Probably that you, Hans, and I are alike, and that we both used the down-arrow key to scroll the screen contents upwards, and hence saw the cat before the bird (in a manner of speaking0.

I see now that there are clouds in the image; I admit that I hadn't noticed them before you mentioned it.
Best wishes,

Re: An interesting image
I only saw the face when I went back to the image after I read the posts that said there was a face to see.

Re: An interesting image
So, Ken, can you now see the funicular railway?
Cheers, Chris
P.S. If you rotate the image 180 degrees, you can see a dome-shaped snow-capped mountain.

Scientists say that the brain is wired to recognize faces very quickly. Hans, you'd have to write to the scientists and contest their theories.
John, the animals might be the right size, but they could be perched in very small trees. I wouldn't worry too much regarding your powers of deduction.

Re: An interesting image
I, too, saw the animals first but their unusual appearance caused me to see the face. Having seen both the animals and the face, I started looking for other trompe l-oeil.
Without success, I must add.
