Very similar concept to a video I watched where a cement lorry had to brake sharply because a car had pulled out directly in front of it, and stopped. Some of the concrete slopped out of the top of the lorry's rotary container, completely covering the car's bonnet, windscreen and the front part of its roof! I don't know whether the concrete had set before the car owner found the equivalent of a fire hose to wash it off...
