It was about 27degC in Yorkshire today. Not normal for this time of the year. A good excuse for a big ice cream though.

You must have started eating it already! I don't see the chocolate flavoured scoop anymore!

Re: fancy an ice cream?
I am amazed. I didn't know that ice cream cones grew from the ground in Yorkshire, with scoops already in place. I am amazed further by the fact that the ice cream didn't melt in 27°C weather.

(1)The brain freezes, I mean; not the daughters; or the friends.

And how appropriate that it should have been "unearthed by reindeer herders".
Those folks who look after reindeer.
The reindeer should be having the last laugh on this bear which, undoubtedly, killed off some of the reindeer ancestors.
Cheers

Re: fancy an ice cream?
No but in true Yorkshire fashion I felt a chill in my wallet and I had to bite my tongue to prevent a cry of " 'ow much?" when I came to pay for the two tiny ice creams we got from the cafe. They made the tubs of ice ream you get during the interval of a theatre performance look large and reasonably priced. Gave a whole new meaning to the expression 'suffering for your art' but quite apt too as we were at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
