I am thinking during this Corona pandemic:
What happens in the world of database engine if we have OR in our where clause with equal criteria? Will we have 2 rows be back in the result set?

No, it will not lead to duplication of records in the result set.

Having said that, as soon as it meets the criteria in OR, it skip second argument.
