I have several web sites that will not play videos - the background shows up but nothing happens.
This url will not play and I suspect I am missing either a player or a codex - is there any way (using url) to determine what is missing?
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-high ... e=HP_video" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I tried looking at the xtml source, but that goes on for pages

Re: how to determine which video player?
I can see the advertisement at the start, after that nothing happens - no football game...
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: how to determine which video player?
I can see/watch various highlights - perhaps there was a temporary glitch at the server...?

Re: how to determine which video player?
I went to the web site and they need some Akamai software and Flash player.
I run Firefox normally - but I decided to try IE - IE made me install an active X program and reinstall flash player. After that I could run on IE and see everything.

Some sites are like that... "You block our ads, we block your viewing." What software were you using to block/filter the ads?
