Hi,
I've search multiple web sites and still cannot get an explanation for the contacts and categories buttons in the email delivery options dialog?
I know what contacts and categories are in the context of outlook, but what do these buttons do in the delivery options? Any clarity or explanation will be appreciated. I'm just interested, its not that i intend to use it.

What version of Outlook is that Rudi? I don't see anything similar in Outlook 2016

Re: Outlook delivery options (contacts and categories)?
@Rudi: Apparently the boxes are intended to specify the recipient and category of a delayed-delivery message. Seems redundant to me...
@StuartR: Start a new message, activate the Options tab of the ribbon, and click Delay Delivery in the More Options group.

TX Hans. I agree.
It does seem redundant, maybe confirmed by the lack of info on the web.
FYI Stuart; I use Office 365, but as Hans informs, its the delivery options dialog for a new message.
