Not enough memory to complete the operation
Today I encountered several issues where Windows stated that I had insufficient memory in order to complete an operation. They were simply operations, like Find and Replace in Word. I have restarted my computer and hope this will help, but if the issue returns, is it likely a RAM corruption issue?

Re: Not enough memory to complete the operation
Was it only in Word, or in other applications too? If the latter: which ones and what were you doing?
Best wishes,

The Reminders in Outlook were not displaying properly either.

Re: Not enough memory to complete the operation
I found some suggestions that a corrupted font can cause this problem.
You could try setting the default font to something else, or try to reinstall the default font (Calibri.ttf) from the installation disk, if you have one.

Re: Not enough memory to complete the operation
I did not realize there was a global default font. I thought the default font could be set in each individual program (e.g., Word, Outlook, etc.). How can I change the setting for the default font to a different font?

Re: Not enough memory to complete the operation
All Office applications use Calibri as default font unless you set it to another font (for each application individually). See if you can reinstall Calibri.

Is it possible to set the default font in all office applications to Arial 10?

Re: Not enough memory to complete the operation
You have to set that in each application separately. There is no way to do that in one step.
