My Windows 10 system disk has 4 partitions.
20MB EFI System Partition, 120GB C: drive, 450MB Recovery partition and 118GB unallocated.
I would like to move the unallocated space to be next to the C: drive so that I can expand that drive when I need to, but Windows doesn't seem to have the native capability needed to do this.
Can anyone suggest a (preferably free) tool that will do the job for me.

That worked perfectly. Thank you. It took less than 10 minutes to download, install, move the problem partition and deinstall again.

You're welcome.
And an inspiration; I've used it once or twice on the current setup, and haven't uninstalled it yet.
