Amazing that it doesn't split open (or even disintegrate) but returns to its normal shape - good advert for the manufacturer(s)

So at what speed does a golf iron swung by a Pro hit a golf ball off a tee? Is that akin to a firing the ball at a steel plate at 150 mph?
