Hi,
In Excel 2016, we have a new chart format - Box and Whisker.
The user I am working with only has Excel 2013.
So my question is if I can simulate a Box and Whisker chart (as seen in the image in the file attached) using a column chart as the base chart. I'm thinking in the line of adding a point on the top of the column (like an error bar etc) and formatting it to an X or square, and then hide the column itself (for each of the series's). Any tips or bright ideas to convert a column into a box and whisker?
TIA

See:

Excel Box and Whisker Diagrams (Box Plots)
Or do you mean something else? (The picture in your workbook doesn't help)

I presented the person with a customised column chart and they "loved it" :)
No need to go B&W anymore. Phew!
