Re: Update: Firefox 38.0 released
StuartR pointed out that version 38.0.1 has been released. See the Release Notes.

Re: Update: Firefox 38.0 released
Sorry, Hans.
I didn't read carefully enough. Just wanted to be sure that everyone new that the 0.1 update was out.

Re: Update: Firefox 38.0 released
To add to all these releases, between Firefox 38 on 12 May and Firefox 39 on 30th June, Mozilla are planning a special release Firefox 38.0.5 (some are calling it 38.1) due on 2nd June.
This release is for a small number of new features:
Reader view - can be used with blog posts and articles to give just the article you want to read without all the clutter you normally see on a web page
Pocket integration - keep track of articles and videos you want to view later. This gives Firefox built-in integration with this service - http://getpocket.com/blog/2012/04/intro ... ed-pocket/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Expands upon the functionality of the Hello conversation feature to allow people to share the active tab or window. I don't use Hello but this is what Mozilla say about it - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/hello/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Mozilla may change what is in 38.0.5 depending upon testing of these features.
Personally I don't think I will have much use, if any, for these new features.
