'Twas not I, but some chap in Horsham, Sussex, some 250 miles away from York, wherein the chocolate version of meles meles meles is created...Doc Watson wrote:I think John put that site up !!!

I have no idea what the website signifies.

For those of you not familiar with the city of York, this pic must have been photoshopped:John Gray wrote:
1) St Helen's Square is empty, where are all the tourists?
2) The massive queue that hangs out the door to Betty's, providing the tourists at least a 45min wait for a cup of tea and a cake, is also missing.

edited to add: and don't believe the pics available on Google Street View either, York is never, ever, that quiet!

I think it was for an event that took place about half a year ago, possible related to the 'party band' Chocolate Badger. It will have counted down until Midnight (UK time) 26 September 2009.
Best wishes,
Hans

You took the words out of my keyboard...Samantha wrote:How do you know these things? :amazed:
Hans is just being modest! His IQ is 290 and as not many people know, he is not at home behind his computer (day and night, answering the secrets of the universe), but he is actually travelling the world on his scooter with his laptop and satellite up link. He attends all the rock concerts and beer feasts and aquires all his general knowledge from the locals and from his favourite TV show: Who wants to be a millionaire.
No jokes...REALLY... I took this picture on one of my world travels. Hans is EVERYWHERE!!!

Unfortunately this group's website is another example of those who think that dark blue text on a black background is a pretty neat idea...
