I could not find it in the FAQ so must ask... how do you post a 'friendly' link so that the viewer sees something descriptive rather than the URL itself? Seems like the old lounge had tags for that.

See the Creating Links section in the BBCode guide.

The format is exactly the same as in Woody's Lounge/Windows Secrets Lounge:

Thanks Hans - I think it would be useful to put something in the FAQ about accessing the BBC Code guide. Or at least put a link to it somewhere. It is a little difficult to find normally - have to be in Post the click on BBCode on the right (under the smiles).

There is also a link in the "Menu" in the lower left corner of the Portal that is our "start page".

And the Words From On High forum contains several tutorials, among which a Tutorial: BBcodes.

(We may reorganize the tutorials sometime in the future)
