I use Powerpoint's create photo album to quickly get my photo's organised during a project, as I may need them later in a presentation. My question: is there a way to automatically preserve in the album the date and time the photos were taken?

What do you mean? Do you want the date and time in a caption, or ...?
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Preserve dates in PPT2010 Photo Album
Hans,
All digital photos have tagged (is that the word?) information about when they were taken, date and time. It would be nice if that is preserved automatically in the PPT photo album, e.g. in properties of the photo in Photo Album, or even nicer, if it were automatically shown in the photo itself. Unfortunately, when taking them, I did not switch on show date and time.

Thanks Hans
I was afraid that would be the conclusion So be it. Next time when taking project photos I'll have date and time on.
