in Powerpoint 2007
The Word tool "Text Highlight Colour" isnt available in Powerpoint.
I checked under All commands in Powerpoint, to see if its possible it maybe listed however still isnt available.
How do you get highlighter to work in Powerpoint.
Current workaround we have a workaround is:
1. Copy the text from PowerPoint to Word
2. do the highlighting and copy it back
3. When pasting, choose the smart tag option to Keep source formatting
4. Some further tidy-up formatting may be needed with line spacing
any ideas?
write a custom button in powerpoint?
many thanks

Re: no highlighter text in Powerpoint?
5. Create a rectangle the right size and color in PowerPoint and place it behind the text.
This does have the advantage of allowing you to animate the highlight separately from the text, but the disadvantage of needing to be manually repositioned any time the text moves.
