Hi Folks, I have 2 Windows Live ID'S. Fortunately I don't need to access them too often. When I do I always get as my 2 png's. Getting a code (2 options) entering it, then click 'Don't ask me again on this device' then 'Verify' never seems to work. I access them from my one and only Windows PC only.

Do you use a 'cleaner' such as CCleaner? If so, make sure that you set it NOT to remove live.com cookies.

I've seen this happen after Windows upgrades and after browser updates. I can't say for sure which triggers this. But, whatever mechanism Microsoft is using has determined the device signature is different. Not sure how to get around it.

I have 3 accounts that I can log in with using a PIN on my laptop. Sometimes it works others no.
