I am using Office 365 (personal subscription). Outlook captures emails from my work account (Microsoft Exchange) and my private Gmail account. I have two OST files in App Data, and as I have a small system (C) drive, which is filling up rapidly, I would like to move the OST files to my much larger data drive.
I don't have a copy of the two large OST files in C:/Documents.
Is there a safe and reliable way to change the location of the OST files?
Many thanks
Dianne

Re: Can I safely move OST files?
That's possible, but a bit tricky. You'll find elaborate instructions here: Moving the ost-file of an Exchange, Outlook.com or IMAP account
Best wishes,

Thank you Hans. The method looks rather daunting, and I'll save its implementation for a quiet day when I am feeling adventurous!
