I have a word document that has a paragraph going across the entire page, 2 columns of addresses, and another paragraph going across the entire page.
The problem is that I need this to be not a single portrait page of 8 1/2 x 11 but 2 instances each 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 on a landscape page to be cut in half and fit inside a folded full sized piece of paper. I hope that makes sense...
I know that I can get the smaller pieces in landscape using columns, but my original page already has columns...how can I make that work?
Thanks!

Re: Columns in columns
One option would be to set the document to print 2 pages per sheet, in the Page Setup dialog. You'd probably have to redo the two column setup for the middle part from scratch.
Another option would be to set the entire document to two columns, and to use a table with two columns for the middle part.

Best wishes,

Re: Columns in columns
I couldn't get the 2-pages-per-sheet option to work, but the table worked like a champ.
Hadn't thought of that, so thanks for the suggestion!
