AWOL Access 2016 Help
If I open the property sheet for a table added to a query in design view(see picture), put the cursor in the Source property box and press F1 I'm taken to this page; how can I see the relevant help?

Re: AWOL Access 2016 Help
Microsoft has hopelessly messed up the help in recent versions of Office. More than half of the time you can't find what you want. Google works a lot better.
According to How to modify query properties in Microsoft Access:
According to How to modify query properties in Microsoft Access:
Field List Properties
To view the field list properties, in Design view of any query, right-click in any cell in the query design grid, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
Property Name Description Alias You can use the Alias property to specify a custom name for a source table or query when you use the same table or query more than once in the same query. Source You can use the Source property to specify the source connection string and source database for a query's source table or query.

Re: AWOL Access 2016 Help
There is a request to restore offline help: Offline help, but Microsoft has indicated that it won't be honored.
UserVoice has a search box, by the way.

Re: AWOL Access 2016 Help
"Help" is not very descriptive for any search environment.
You need to type a few keywords that identify what you are searching for.
Type for example: Offline Help or something similar to get better results.

Hi Rudi, I think nowadays we can dispense with offline help as long as the online one works and since there's no post about it I think I'll add it myself
