I accidentally dragged a submenu of urls from my Favorites bar. Is there any way to get these back? I don't know where these items might go (if anywhere) when they're removed by such a method.

If you are using Windows 7 (all versions) or Vista (the Business, Ultimate, Enterprise version only) you should be able to use "Previous versions" to restore a folder or items.
