Yes, this thing is getting coverage all over the Internet. The Kickstarter campaign has raised almost 10 times the original goal, and it's still open.

It's the #project_faq_132939#ftag=YHF87e0214 part of the URL. more than one # in a URL is not valid, you'd use an ampersand to separate arguments. # is used as a reference to a certain position on a page and you can only jump to one position at a time.
