Hi All,
I have undertaken the task of upsizing the back-end data from my database to MS SQL 2012. I have all the tables converted and running just fine. Since I first started looking at this back in 2004, I seem to remember that I should make as many "Views" as possible on the SQL side to improve performance. Is there an upsizing wizard that will convert my queries over to the SQL side? What is the best method to go about this??? Am I barking up the wrong tree?
Thanks,
Mark

See Converting queries to views, general points to consider for some general remarks.
There are commercial third-party tools to convert queries to views - see for example Access to MSSQL.
