I'm impressed that the gannet, given the windy conditions, still managed to salute you. (On the other hand, of all sea birds capable of advanced aerobatics it must be one of the better.)

Despite all his fancy photography, he still couldn't get a picture of a Puffin as good as I managed with my cell-phone... teehee

It's true I didn't get any pictures of a puffin but in my defence the few puffins that were around were a long way down on the sea at the foot of the cliffs:
