gannet in flight

This is a heavy crop from a photo I took way back in July 2020. The quality isn't great, you need a higher quality telephoto lens than I've got and as yet I've not been able to justify such expense to myself, let alone The Management.

Well done Ken! The shot from above is special and probably a bit tricky to be in the right spot at the right time! A super expensive telephoto lens would make it a bit crisper, etc. but this photo is special the way it is. Thanks for sharing! :)

Ken, console yourself with the knowledge that a better telephoto lens would be far heavier and less generally useful; meanwhile know that the picture you got was superb!
