Can a keyboard shortcut be created to select the option shown in attachment Dave

Hi Hans......Assuming the last character is "l" results in the "Distribution list" appearing on screen whilst hitting the (i) key opens I.E. any further suggestions? Thanks again Dave.

By the way, I moved this thread from to the Outlook forum since it's not about Outlook Express but about Outlook.

..................just done a bit of digging & note that Ctrl +Shift+I is not assigned to anything so it seems that what should be a default setting is missing. To rectify this do I have to restore the computer to its original setting by hitting the "Reset All" tab? If this is the case I suppose all the axtra shortcut keyboard combinations I have created will have to be re-assigned! Dave.
