Hi,
When I receive accepted replies to a meeting that I set up, a rule I have moves that meeting receipts into an "Accept" sub-folder in my inbox and marks it as read. Is there a way to change the rule to flag or warn me if the receipt has body text? IOW, if a person has use the option "Edit response before sending" and typed in additional info in the body before they accepted. I get all the responses in my folder, but miss the information that the person added to the accept since it just moves it for me. Can a rule check if body text is present and inform me about it...or flag/categorize the message.
TX

Can't you use the Tracking options in Outlook to do this...
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

See Highlight/sort meeting receipts which contain text for some ideas.
Best wishes,

Wow, two very useful suggestions.
Stuart, the option you highlighted about deleting responses that don't contain comments...is the comment in reference to the body text in the message?
I will present these two options to the person querying this.
Appreciate the responses
TX Stuart and Hans.

I've always assumed that's what it means, but I've never tested it.Rudi wrote:...
