We use Dragon voice recognition software to fill in a template in word. The doctoe will open the template, dictating, printing the document, save-as, closes the document. He will open the template again and then it jumps automatically thorough the form. Dragon states it is not their software. If he closes WORD it reset and everything is good. It is when he continues to open the template after saving and closing the current document, it wants jump around.
Can anyone help???

Re: Cursor jumping automatically in WORD
What happens if you (or the doctor):
- Open the template and save a document.
- Disable the voice recognition add-in/software (without leaving Word).
- Open the template again.
If the cursor still jumps, you know for sure that it isn't the voice recognition.
And whaty happens if you:
- Open Word and disable all add-ins except voice recognition.
- Open the template and save a document.
- Open the template again.
If the cursor still jumps, voice recognition is the most likely culprit. Otherwise, it's probably one of the other add-ins.
