Hello. Outlook 2010 (although it's probably similar in 2007).
A colleague's calendar view has half-hour intervals and his working hours are set from 9 til 5pm. It shows all hours til 11pm whereas his colleague has to scroll to reveal the later hours.
The overall effect is that that first guys' appointment details are a little squished (to use a technical term). I thought it might be a screen resolution issue but this didn't affect it.
Is there an option somewhere to 'stretch' the divisions between the half-hourly intervals? Andy.

Re: Expand calendar view
Activate the Home View tab of the ribbon (while in the calendar, of course).
Click Time Scale in the Arrangement group.
Select the grid interval that you want to show in the calendar.
You can choose between 5, 6, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

Re: Expand calendar view
It took me a while to find this control, it is in the Arrangement group of the View tab.

Re: Expand calendar view
Thanks both, although I'm pretty sure they both had it set at 30 minutes. I'll advise him he can change this setting anyway (or be more succinct )
