Although I have no idea what, I've apparently done something to one of my Excel (Office 2016 I think) workbooks. The click button to add a worksheet is greyed out. From searching, it appears that there is no limit on then number except the amount of memory one has. Neither the workbook nor the active worksheet is protected.
Can someone please tell me what I've done and how to fix it?
Again, I apologize for wasting bandwidth. The workbook was apparently protected although the Review tab did not reveal it to by so by giving an 'unprotect' option. I clicked on the menu choice to protect the workbook and entered the password I use for protecting them and was then able to add a worksheet.
Here's the ss of my Review options before I made any changes.

It's confusing - the caption of the Protect Sheet button changes to Unprotect Sheet when the sheet is protected, but the caption of the Protect Workbook button does not change when the workbook is protected. Instead, the button is highlighted.
