Hello All Experts
A very very happy new year 2022
I need a help.
I am looking for something like this:
If Cell A1 = Inch, then B1 = 10 or 11 or 12
else if A1 = DN, then B1 = 13 or 14 or 15
No macros please
Thanks and best regards

Re: Conditional Drop Down without a Macro
See the attached sample workbook. It uses named ranges and the INDIRECT function.
See the Name Manager on the Formulas tab of the ribbon for the definition of the named ranges.
Select B2 and click Data Validation on the Data tab of the ribbon for the ue of INDIRECT.

Re: Conditional Drop Down without a Macro
Thanks Hans, I was hoping to have a formula without additional sheets or ranges. But This will also work as I will hide the extra ws with a password.

Re: Conditional Drop Down without a Macro
If you don't want to use VBA, the source needs to be a range...
