I did a quick calculation in Excel. he fell way behind schedule. If he had not run out of ink he would have been up to Son Of Henry XXVIII by now.

Thus it is not only acronyms and initialisms which get reused, but also people's names.
Perhaps everything and everyone should have a Globally-Unique IDentifier?

Reuse of people's names is nothing new.
I speak from experience.
Back in 1960 Mr Broome used to yell out my name several times a (week)day.
