Re: local news again
Tain't!
"Crews from Harrogate were called to the incident in the Allotment Gardens area at around 5pm yesterday, to discover a toddler had a toilet seat stuck on their head. "
"their" can be interpreted as plural.
Yours pedantically (or if you prefer, "Harrogantly")

Re: local news again
Do you use some kind of script blocker? The image is still there for me (of the fire engine, that is - not of the child or of the toilet seat).
Best wishes,

If you hover the mouse pointer over the URL, the complete version should be displayed (in Firefox at the bottom of the window, but it may vary by browser)
Best wishes,

Re: local news again
It's on my phone.
I have to touch and hold the url, and then touch the abbreviated url displayed (on Android). I didn't know I could do that.
It's less effort to open the url.
