And I've found a tweak for it already.
IE9 beta does not show the Menu Bar permanently as in IE 8.
It will show if you press "ALT" but not stay there. I happen to like it to always show.
Go to this link to show how to add to the registry a simple fix.

To each his own. I've not had it visible since IE8 was released and I've found I don't miss the menu bar.
