How to filter more than two criteria
How could I filter on more than two criteria. My criteria choices are limited to two choices.

Re: How to filter more than two criteria
You can select multiple items in the filter dropdown list.
If that isn't sufficient, you can use Advanced Filter. This lets you specify any combination of And and Or filters.

Re: How to filter more than two criteria
Please take a look at the link in my previous reply. It explains how to create And and Or links in the Criteria range.
Here is a very simple example:
A17:A20 is the Criteria range. Since the names are below each other, it is an OR condition.
When I click OK, only the rows that contain Aisha, Mary or Dave will be shown.
Another example:
Here, the Criteria range is A17:B18. Since the name and age are in one row, it is an AND condition.
When I click OK, only the row that contains Anne with age 51 will be shown.

Re: How to filter more than two criteria
Yes, but that requires setting up a criteria range along with defining it and the database range. This was to be a quick and dirty filter discarsed at the end of the session.
Thanks
