Another place to do this is in the 'Unread Posts' link. Once you are viewing 'unread posts', you have a 'Mark all read' link.

Re: Quantum
Quantum is a display format? Where are these? I haven't been able to find them since the server upgrade.

Re: Quantum
Oh, I just found it. So Quantum is the only alternative available?

Re: Quantum
Quantum Codex is the only alternative style that we have installed. We can install others, but they will all be based on prosilver, not on subsilver2.
What would you like to see in an alternative style?

Re: Quantum
I think the style I was using before was subsilver2, but I honestly can't remember. That said, I like the lay-out of Quantum— if only it weren't so dark and contrasty. But really, I have no idea what the possibilities are.

Re: Quantum
I really, really, miss subsliver2. Or maybe it's the tweaks that I think had been applied to that skin that I miss, e.g. the next / previous topic links at the foot of a thread.

Re: Quantum
Here is a list of styles compatible with the current version of the forum software: Board styles. If you click on the name of a style, you'll see one or more screenshots. Many styles have a Demo tab where you can see the style applied to a read-only board.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Quantum
Got it. Thanks, Dave!
Looks like I'll stay with Quantum, but that's just a theory !

Re: Quantum
Like Ken, I am missing subsilver2 terribly. Old shoes are very comfortable and old habits hard to break.
I took a bit of a tour of the styles Hans posted the link to. How does one download or install one of those styles?

Re: Quantum
Only the admins can install styles! We're not going to install each and every style that someone fancies, but if there is one that several users like, we may consider it.
Best wishes,
Hans

If you're keeping a record, I think the Latte style/skin is very pleasant

Re: Quantum
I also took a style tour. I never realized till I read about the HiFiKabin and ColorBlinds how much vision problems can be aided or made worse by the style. I had great hopes when I read about HiFiKabin, but when I tried it, I found the yellow much too glaring. A cream color instead of yellow, that would be perfect for my vision. But— "If wishes had wings..."
Of the styles I tried (most of them except the high-contrast styles) the ones the worked best for my vision were (in order) Special Edition, Flat Style (in green), and ProLight.
