Hello, I found this image when accessing my 'Network' . Googled it but found nothing helpful, can you help?

That mac address is for an Amazon device. Do you have anything manufactured by Amazon that might have been connected to your network?

Hello StuartR, the image appeared on my Win10 laptop. I have never purchased anything from Amazon that connected to my network?

Hello Hans, your link gives these methods but neither are available on my TalkTalk Hub.

Method 1: Disable Windows Connect Now Service-
Method 2: Disable WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) on your router

Could someone be using your WiFi without your permission? Try changing the password to something complex.

I renewed my contract with TalkTalk to Fibre Broadband Starting on 01/08/2020 which got me a 'Hub' to replace my Netgear router. The first things I did was to change the SSID, Hub & Wi Fi passwords to very strong ones.
More on this when I switch to my Win10 pc.

Type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your browser and press Enter.
Does this bring up the login page of the hub?
Best wishes,
Hans

What details of your WiFi system are you looking for?
What network hardware are you using?

I'm not entirely sure, my location is in the country where my neighbours don't have internet, AFAIK. Just in case i'm wrong it would be nice to know if anything or anyone is piggybacking my system.
I have reported this to TalkTalk support.
