I am currently running Windows 7 but have just purchased a new laptop running Windows 10. I would like to continue using the Win7 machine with access to my homegroup, but without access to the internet; yet still allowing full web access by the Win 10 machine.
Is this feasible?
Any guidance will be deeply appreciated.

Re: Locking access to web
You may be able to configure your router/firewall to do this. What device is it?
Alternatively you could create a routing table on the Windows 7 PC that sends everything intended for the Internet to an internal loopback address. But this would not be so easy to maintain.
