The first few eggs might taste like glue and burnt paper, but it should be OK from there on....

Funny coincidence, last week, I took 4 baking trays back to the shop for a refund for exactly that reason. The sales girl said yes, I know, but we have to sell them, even though almost all of them are returned. :crazy:

That certainly got off on the wrong foot. (Wonder why someone would put anything on that side.)

I prefer cast iron, such as these, they can last a couple of generations.
But the lighter, "non-stick", frying pans are certainly easier to move around.

The adhesive that holds those labels usually yields to olive oil or WD40. Scratch the surface of the label carefully in multiple places then saturate the label with either product.
