I wouldn't update drivers unless you are certain that they cause problems.

OTOH, sometimes there are serious security threats addressed with driver updates. I think you need to check the release information about the drivers and decide if you wish to update any.

I wouldn't trust CCleaner for updating drivers. Today, it suggested updating the driver for Dell Peripheral Manager (I have a wireless Dell keyboard and mouse) to version 1.2.0.30.

Here's another vote for not trusting Ccleaner's driver updater. One of the updates it offers me is for a Xeon processor. No thanks, my PC does not have a Xeon processor.
