Last night, I opened my XP Home desktop for the first time in ages, and found that FF was 3.5.11 and that didn't work either; however TB, Gmail worked and IE 8 worked with all of them, including Yahoo. I did go thru the process of updating FF to each progressive update; trying it with each one and no go. I have not tried FF Beta 4.0.
I will check the Yahoo forums to see if there's a known issue. Thanks :-) I know there are bigger issues out there, but somewhere the problem exists because if the following could be separated, I believe it would work properly "mailto:?body=http://" I will go into "about:config" and see if anything shows up there. You just jogged my brain about that so thanks :-)

Re: Using File/Send Link in Yahoo Mail
I just found a few others having issues with "Send Link" and they suggested right clicking and using Send Link that way. I tried with TB, Gmail and all is well, Yahoo still returns the mailto"?body=http etc.
